Who Can Qualify For a House?

You must be able to obtain a mortgage and pay the yearly taxes and insurance.

*For Chestnut Ridge houses specifically: Anyone who lived in a flood-affected county can qualify, even if you DID NOT get personally affected. Additionally, you cannot own a secondary home at closing.
