HOMES Inc. would like to thank everyone who joined us for our recent Open House at Lot 41!

It was a great afternoon filled with tours, conversations, questions, and an opportunity to share more about HOMES Inc. and our commitment to helping families achieve homeownership.

Guests had the opportunity to tour the home, learn more about its features and construction, and hear about our programs, funding, and homeownership requirements.

A special thank-you to everyone who helped make the event possible and to all of our community members who took the time to stop by. We truly appreciate your support and interest in HOMES Inc.!

Governor Andy Beshear Joins HOMES Inc.

HOMES Inc. was honored to have Governor Andy Beshear, along with our housing partners, funders, community leaders and supporters, as we gathered to celebrate the groundbreaking and the progress of rebuilding Eastern Kentucky following the devastating July 2022 flood.

 The event recognized partnerships and collaborations that have made it possible for families to begin rebuilding their lives. Governor Beshear spoke about the dedication of these organizations since the flood, acknowledged the long-term recovery efforts, and everyone working to restore safe, affordable housing throughout the region.

Public Notice: HOMES Inc. Board of Directors meeting scheduled for 12/14/2023 @12 Noon

HOMES, Inc.’s Board of Directors will be meeting Thusrday, December 14, 2023 at 12pm Noon to discuss a potential conflict of interest for a new home for a flood survivor. The meeting will discuss the situation and the use of Kentucky Housing Corporation’s Rural Housing Trust Fund in this project if a conflict of interest waiver is approved.
