From now through August 31, HOMES is offering a $250 Community Referral Reward when you refer someone who purchases a home through us!
Here's how it works:
1. Refer a friend, family member, coworker, or neighbor who is interested in purchasing a home through HOMES Inc.
2. Have them list your name and contact information on their housing application as the person who referred them.
3. We will contact you to let you know you've been listed as the referral.
4. Once the home purchase is finalized, you'll receive your $250 referral reward!
Important Details:
- The application must be submitted by August 31 to qualify.
- The home sale does not have to close by August 31. As long as the application was submitted by the deadline and the home purchase is finalized by July 2028, you'll still receive your $250 reward.
- Referral rewards are paid only after the home purchase has officially closed.
